Scheduling & Appointments

Payments

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • No-shows: Subject to service call or cancellation fee

Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

Access to Property

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the work area
  • Ensure pets are secured
  • Ensure utilities (power, water, etc.) are accessible if required

If the technician cannot safely perform the work, the appointment may be canceled and a service fee may apply.

Work Conditions & Limitations

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse unsafe work conditions
  • Stop work if hazards are identified
  • Require code-compliant upgrades before proceeding

All work must meet local electrical and safety regulations.


Warranties

We stand behind our work.
